• A Kid Portal with games, achievements, and attendance tracking
• An admin panel for staff to manage sessions and members
• Volunteer application forms
• Contact and enquiry forms

3. Registration and Accounts

When registering a young person for Motive8 Youth:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials (PIN) secure
• You must notify us of any changes to your information
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms

4. Kid Portal and Games

The Kid Portal is provided for registered members of Motive8 Youth. By using the portal:

• Users agree to use the portal responsibly and respectfully
• XP, achievements, and rewards are earned through participation and are non-transferable
• Game scores and leaderboard rankings are for fun and motivation only
• We may modify, add, or remove portal features at any time

5. Attendance and QR Check-In

Our QR code check-in system is used to track session attendance. By using this system:

• You consent to your attendance being recorded
• QR codes are session-specific and expire after use
• Attendance data is used to track participation and award XP
• Falsifying attendance records is not permitted

6. User Content

When you submit content to our website (testimonials, contact messages, volunteer applications):

• You confirm the content is accurate and your own
• You grant us permission to display approved testimonials on our website
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any submitted content
• You must not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
